Wonderful Christmas Time by sir paul is painful. Shocking for some I know.

Holy Christ. One of the few things I ever published in my life was an essay about working at a Toys R' Us over Christmas break. They played this thirty-minute tape of Christmas music over and over, and by the second day, I wanted to kill McCartney. That and the Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas song and this monstrously bad song in which they sang, "We fish you a hairy Christmas."

Looped music can kill lesser humans. I was given the gift of Jim Croce Operator spliced in with some most forgettable tunes in my formative years. The whole batch was wrist slit worthy.

It's torture....
