I’m 33. According to my siblings who are 34, 26, and 23, I’m a Boomer and have boomer opinions.

How do you fellow boomers deal with this? If you’re like me you start by not giving a shit and end with wondering why gaslighting needed a new word for manipulation.

Somewhat more seriously, I suspect it's the libertarianism, though this totally falls apart if they're also libertarian. If they are ignorant of libertarianism and/or progressive, I could see a path to them calling your views boomer-ish. That would be misguided of course.
