I think the judge, in an outburst at Weinstein during jury selection, asked rhetorically whether "this is how you want to go to jail for the rest of your life" when Weinstein wouldn't put his phone down.

Now with what is effectively a life sentence, might as well try to get a new judge/trial, I guess.
