Did Juggs really even do anything all that bad? I remember him stalking Kid Cairo for a while, but I found that behavior somewhat amusing since it irritated Cairo so much. I've been on the board for a long time, but I sometimes go for two or three months without reading it; it's possible I missed much of Juggs' antics. What were Juggs' greatest crimes?
