I meant Vegas. Lots of nice places to live and a lot to do and great weather.

Most people view of Vegas is from staying on the Strip. Get away from there and it is pretty nice.

Wow, I did not see this coming. I love visiting Vegas but I don’t know about the weather. It’s too damn hot in the Summer and pretty cold in the winter. I’m also not a fan of houses without normal grass. Phoenix is particularly bad in that regard and one of the least desirable places to live IMO.

Vegas is always 5-8 degrees cooler than Phoenix, and also a little drier. I love grass as much as the next guy. We have it here. It’s green. Does the job.
