Why is it a crisis? Company worth billions is losing some of it's billions. This is how it's supposed to work.

Real estate brokers/agents are some of the filthiest pieces of trash walking the earth. Zillow is a massive joke reflecting that.

the worst are the ones who suck at it. ive known so many women they said they 'want' to get into real estate. when in reality they just want to work a few days a month and barely get by, ever hoping for a 'big' sale that lets them float for a year. and dreams of running into a rich client they can fuck to a huge payday once divorce inevitably happens.
