Been having this problem for the last few months. Off and on. Some days I can. Some days I can't. Sleeping pills help. I've been doing Tylenol PM. But I didn't take one tonight cuz I'm off tomorrow. So I don't give a shit tonight. But I'm trying to sleep without the damn pills. So I'll just wait tonight. Eventually I'll sleep I guess.

I know. I've got no choice. Gotta work. Need sleep. A few months ago I was up for 4 days straight without sleeping. Not joking. Worked while this was going on. Then I got my pills.

Yes, stress and anxiety. But that's everybody. And I had stress and anxiety before I wasn't able to sleep. I guess it just hit me like 3 months ago where I couldn't sleep.

Any recommendations?

That's easy for you to say. I went delusional on the 4th day of not sleeping. I was seeing weird shit and thinking weird shit. That's when I went to my doctor. Got the pills.

10mg of melatonin has worked for me but it's natural, so it's not like typical sleeping pills.

so just make sure you give the girl some melatonin and she'll go right to sleep.

The nights I don't sleep well are after days I don't physically work enough. IF your day job isn't physical enough, perhaps evening workout/exercise will help. Or, take advantage of the new situation and get a night shift job as well, double your money quick!

Sounds dumb but my wife has me drinking this SleepyTime Tea now. I was having some trouble sleeping after giving up the sauce and I don't know what it is but that stuff knocks me out. I think Frank's wife recommended it to my wife.

Anyway it works for me and you're talking a 4 dollar investment to give it a go so why not try it?

Yep....Melatonin starts kicking in within an hour. Works great.

5-HTP is also good. Takes a little longer to kick in than Melatonin, but it's very effective....also improves the quality of your sleep.
