Middle management probably will be the first to go. The manual labor will be the last to be fully replaced, as it will take humanoid robots to become proficient, but that's not too far off either. 10 years ago it was unfathomable that ai would be able to understand natural language with context and innuendos. Now you literally can't tell if you're talking to a machine or not. 10 years from now there will be a humanoid robot for sale that is a better companion to you than any human could ever be.
