it's 2023 anyone notice a push last year or so to shy away from email contact? im guessing it's a fraud/spam thing but man, when you have to contact a large company and they refuse to communicate through email, it really sucks. you have to CALL a phone number which either goes right to voicemail or an endless hold loop. and they will return your voicemail, but your cell phone isn't like your old landline. it rings about 4 times and even if it's on your person you have a good chance of missing the green button in time. Just dial right back right? HAHAHA they don't answer. But i guess that's the better path than the illinois toll system... "you may dispute these charges" and of course no phone number, email or any fucking way to contact them on the bill
