What's the best film about MLK? I say it is the one with Denzel Washington, but my Black friend gets all pissy when I say that. Is there one out there I am missing?

are you mixing up MLK with malcolm x and that's why your friend gets pissy? or are you talking about the documentary "the march"?

i think there have been great documentaries made about him; dramatic portrayals are far more flawed. and speaking of, "malcolm x" was pretty great.

In all seriousness, it surprises me that there hasn't been a quality biopic about MLK. He's complex enough.

I think Curious Hair is Clawmaster. No one person can be as hilariously uninformed about his own intelligence as Clawmaster. But he's also a great read, albeit unintentionally. What do you think?

Also, all those crime docs on Netflix....is there a good one that is engrossing but won't make me hate humanity?

I am not Clawmaster. However, I will say that his posting style is almost exactly that of the old Usenet blowhards who by late '98 were on the way out of the posting game as I was on the way in: something like a cross between a wrestling promo and the Comic Book Guy. The one thing I don't think I've seen him do is the old line-by-line retort where it would always end like
