I think the buses are another reason why they want this congestion pricing: it takes private vehicles off the road and allows the buses, notoriously the weak link of the MTA, to move a little more smoothly.

They can have it back when they start cooperating with ICE. The administration is just going to be outright hostile to sanctuary cities until they what they want. It’s not a big shock.
