It's Acxiom's site for viewing all of the data that they have about you and use. Acxiom is a huge company around data-driven marketing. They know who you are married to, how you voted in the last election, education, number of children in the household, etc. Honestly, that site is a great starting point to clear yourself out because it removes you from a lot of downstream systems.
