Sadly, or not, this is out of my area of expertise. Other than from an evolutionary psychology perspective which shows that men find women between the ages of 18-24 as most attractive (Women's Peak fertile period) and the potential for men to want to meet/marry women just before their peak period (have exclusive access for peak fertile period) - which gets to some potential explanation for attractiveness to teenagers (the song She's sexy and 17 was awesome when I was 17, now that I'm in my mid-thirties it is a bit creepy).

When it comes to sexual deviance, not my area. I believe there is some form of learning involved, as usually sexual abusers were abused as children, however not all abuse victims become abusers, so I don't know.
