Well, he is 49 years old.

Yeah, this... he got old and he practices way too much which I think has broken his body down a bit.
He should kill on the senior tour for 3 or 4 years once he is old enough. Watching him on the range
is amazing. The guy is a machine. When he leaves the range you can plant a large shrub in the space
he left.

I thought golf wasn't a sport. How could his body break down from practice?

I'm not talking about you, T-Bone.

Any activity where you can wear a sweater and dress pants, and not hinder your performance. Not a sport...

Well, I never really got into the whole "golf isn't a sport" argument. In my opinion it is
somewhat of a sport, but in all honestly it is a skill, kinda like shooting a bow and arrow.
You have to put in a lot of practice and repetitive motion to get good at it. Not a particularly
hard sport to play if you have any kind of hand/eye coordination but you need to practice
a lot to get pretty good at it.... depending on what level you want to be at.

Just because you can succeed without a 4.3 40 yd dash, or a 36" vertical leap, doesn't mean it's not a sport. It's clearly not as physically demanding as football, but it does take some athletic ability.

Interesting-ish article on Tiger.

http://www.golf.com/tour-and-news/why-t ... &eref=sihp

I'm a fan. Always have and will be. The article isn't anything ground breaking, but a nice synopsis of where he is at now in his career and the publics opinion of him.

Paddy Harrington is your (very) early leader at 2-under after three holes. Old-as-fuck Ben Crenshaw is on his tails at 1-under.

He is going to win this at -24 under.

If he does exactly that, I will wash your car at the next board outing.

Henrik had all kinds of trouble with that 18th. Took an 8. That pretty much wipes out his entire day.

I wasn't pulling for him to win or anything, still rare to see a pro take a quadruple bogey like that.

Lee Westwood out of the gate smokin hot!

He must have hit it right into the trees and then played Woody Woodpecker from there.

No I know, but to play that well for 17 holes and then give it ALL back.

Awful
