Well there are determining factors. Dilaudid IV is fanfuckingtastic. It makes morphine seem like Motrin. In pill form, it's hit or miss. Fentynal is great! 8X stronger than morphine, but it's mostly given in time released doses, which cancels all bets. Now if you can procure a Fentynal patch and scrape the gel off the back, and allow it to dry, you can smoke it. Now you're really talking about chasing the dragon!

You gotta watch those time release Fentynal patches, some morons just slap them on their sides or shoulders expecting to get super high....well they do......right before they die.

Well if they're time released they won't get you high. But if you apply enough heat to them they'll release all the drug, making you quite dead. That's why you NEVER slap the whole patch on and heat it. You have to cut it into squares like you would a sheet of blotter acid. I know an idiot that is no longer with us that put a full patch on his back and slipped into a hot bathtub, where he then slipped into a coma, followed by respiratory arrest. You drug seeking little leaguers....do your homework!

Like, what is it? What are you going to do? Where, exactly, will you be waiting? It's the internet, so you can't sit in a chair on the internet and wait for someone.

And how will someone "earn" it? What is it? Do you have mental problems? Why should anyone care about you and this silliness? Why must you try and ruin everything?

Incidentally, when local entrepreneurs get the bright idea to toss a little Fentanyl into their heroin in the hopes of being able to cut out more of the actual dope, people tend to die in bunches. Last time I remember hearing about this was something like ~4-5 years ago where some dealers around one of those South/West side parks decided to up their profit margin a little bit and next thing you know something like ~5 heroin enthusiasts ended up dropping dead. C'est la vie.
