There is no thread for that. I distinctly remember that I never even acknowledged Juggs until he started mentioning me in every post. He was on my pay-no-mind list for a long time.

I think Juggs is an infrequent poster. Probably someone who follows the board often but rarely logs in. So he's familiar with all of us characters but he rarely interacts much. Juggs is likely someone who flies under the radar enough to not be implicated in any accusations. Juggs' owner is probably someone who reveals as little of his real self as possible when he posts here.
