Going to visit the fiance's family in Michigan. Includes a whirlwind tour of 6 options for reception halls in the next 30 hours or so.

Saturday: Cleaning in doors and outdoors
Sunday: Golf and drinks

Those take like 20minutes tops. Take a look at the place, take a quick walk around, get prices, move on. If they are somewhat close to eachother you are looking at like 3 hours max so not too bad.

Yeah...they're not all that close together, but we have set times for a couple of them. The problem is that we have to try and get to Muskegon by 6:30 local time tonight for the first one because the coordinator lady is leaving town. Will be interesting.

saturday: Working, then ND football, then Octoberfest at Beer Market to see a band named Darmata that pA opened for at the infamous double door show in January 2010..

sunday: Redzone channel for 7 hours, sunday night football, Treme. and I'll be podcasting on Hipsters United to review the TSP chicago show and backstage performance.

It is a fall league. We had the last regularly scheduled game of the league scheduled for last saturday anyway - and that was rained out, so they re-scheduled it for tomorrow.

Tonight -- Take dogs to the park, clean my apartment, try to find a movie on TV or something maybe watch baseball
Sat -- Get the dogs to the park, go for a jog outside, possibly grill out in the afternoon, play tennis, watch football
Sun -- Take dogs out, go for a jog, watch football, HBO Sunday night programs

Pretty boring weekend overall. Most have been like this lately.

Going to an Edgar Allan Poe reading tomorrow at the Glessner House Museum, an old mansion in Prairie historic district, followed by a "haunted" tour of Prairie Avenue. One of those things I see in the Reader every year two days before it's happening and think "that would be cool to do" and promptly forget about until the following year. Something, maybe a commercial for that dreadful looking John Cusack movie, Poe, reminded me of it early enough to make reservations.
