I'm going to open a restaurant where you make your own pizza.

We give you the dough, the sauce, the cheese. You pound it, slap it, you flip it up into the air. You put your toppings on and you slide it into the oven! Sounds good, huh?

It's convenient. I hate waiting for my pizza. This way I don't have to sit at a fuckin' table and make small talk with my wife while some cook who is two weeks away from a LINK card slaps that shit together. Great idea, Chus!

There used to be a restaurant like this in Arlington Heights. Can't remember the name of it, but it didn't last long.

I'm terrible luck at checkouts, no matter where I go. I always tell people getting in line behind me that they should probably find another aisle because I'm jinxed and something stupid is going to happen in front of me.

I don't mind self checkout lines for a few items, but people with loaded carts and produce go there and then need help from some employee from the store anyway, eliminating the "convenience" factor...

Wash your hands after you use the restroom.

I'm sure there are all kinds of businesses that would love to get their clients to do the work themselves under the guise of "convenience". I'm thinking of starting a painting service where we show up with the paint and charge you for painting the rooms yourself. Now that's a 21st Century idea!
