HOLD is the safest option if you are not a trader. Dollar cost averaging is another popular way to invest in Bitcoin.

It doesn't drop all at once  Cubs didn't lose 11 games all in 1 day. This will be day 2 of the losing streak.

The price of bitcoin dropped Thursday morning as investors broadly began shedding risk as equity markets declined. Fears of a slowing global economic comeback caused by the potential spread of the Covid-19 delta variant appeared to be behind investors move into safer assets like Treasuries.

Bitcoin traded at $32,400 Thursday morning, about a 7% decrease in the previous 24 hours according to Coin Metrics. Most other cryptocurrency assets fell with it, including ether, which is trading 10.5% lower at about $2,100.

Again for the simpletons. It is NOT done yet  You don't move 25-45% in a day unless it is a complete market crash.

If you would have shorted yesterday morning you would be up 7% on your trade in one day. Before this is over you should see 25% to 45% decrease.

Bitcoin should level off today around 32.500 and then dip again tomorrow to test 30K. If it goes below 30K then look for that 25 -45% decrease. If it finds stability at 30K then look for top of 42K before continuing down again.

Its such a weird dynamic. For any one coin to truly be valuable, it needs to be used as currency. But, to be used as currency, it will naturally be tied to the value of the us dollar. Thats why dogecoin is actually promising to be used long term as currency, but not promising at all to ever go much over a dollar

Bitcoin is a bloated mess, physically speaking. There are so many other coins that do the same thing way more efficient. They have the name though, and that sells.

It has to be backed by something. I think that is why China is buying up gold left and right.

If people started using ecoins to buy things, the backing would be the networks they run on. No different to the dollar at that point... People dont value the us dollar because of the paper and coins.

You were the one that said yesterday was the day. It's pretty close to the price it was on July 1st.

Now we have something to work with though.

If tomorrow, bitcoin drops below 30k, expect it to fall to somewhere between 16k to 22k within a week or two.
If tomorrow, bitcoin never drops below 30k, expect it to go to 42k within a week or two.

Should be interesting to watch.
