All you have to do is subtract California and he has the popular vote.

True, but just like the popular vote it is irrelevant. Trump needs to put this in his rearview mirror and Keep on with the poples work.

Jesus H Christ. There is a election system in place and because of the rules of the system, the media and FBI, he won.

Now he can't live with being a "system" President in the same vein that similar bums like Trent Dilfer or Alex Smith are "system " quarterbacks. Now his supporters can't handle the truth just like their perverted alternative facts idol.

Poor whiny little bitches.

I am totally fine with it. Who cares with the pop vote numbers,he won where it counted. The Electoral college. Let's move on. Like Obama said ofter 2008,elections have consequences. Fine you don't like how this one turned out, do like the people who founded the tea party did. Get organized, back your candidates and here is the most important part, fucking vote. Trump himself has said that he does not do a good job, vote him out in four years.

You are right Chas. He won the election. Nobody is debating that. What the debate is that the Snowflake in Chief and his minions keep talking about him having a mandate. Unless he has one scheduled with his boyfriend Vlad, that is not the case.

President Trump is focused on the important issues.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump asserted in a private meeting with congressional leaders Monday night that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016 election if 3 million to 5 million immigrants living in the country illegally hadn't voted.

Trump made the debunked claim, without offering any evidence, at a White House meeting with Democratic and Republican leaders, according to a Democratic aide familiar with the exchange who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the private meeting.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., alluded to it, telling reporters that Trump and the lawmakers talked about "the different Electoral College, popular vote." Asked if anything surprised her about the meeting, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said, "I won't even go into that."

There has been no evidence of widespread tampering or hacking that would change the results of the presidential contest. Trump won the Electoral College by a comfortable margin but Democratic rival Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by nearly 2.9 million votes.

Throughout the campaign, Trump pushed false claims about the propensity of voter fraud, telling his supporters the election had been "rigged" against him.

Trump has made the unverified claims before, tweeting in late November that he would have won the popular vote "if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally." He also alleged at the time that there had been "serious voter fraud" in California, New Hampshire and Virginia and complained that the media wasn't covering it.

Oh my God why the fuck does he care it's fucking over let's move the fuck on fuck!

Because he's a moron. He has a somewhat unprecedented opportunity to do things without worrying about parties or donors, but instead he's talking about stupid shit like this.

Yeah, he won the election. There's no need to keep going over this shit. On the other hand, there is still a large group of Americans insisting that he did not win the election, including members of Congress.

Do you think anyone in the country illegally voted? If so, how many? Two? Ten? A thousand? A hundred thousand?

3-5 million of course. Not just illegal votes...but ILLEGALS voting! Because it's so easy to accomplish that uneducated mexican illegals are capable of hoodwinking the system and nobody can tell.

Notice Trump had to pick a range that was greater than the popular votes he lost by.

Right. Trump makes many outlandish claims absent any evidence.

But many of the same people who find this utterly ridiculous- in spite of the fact that some illegals certainly voted (though maybe for Trump, Mexicans love him)- have no problem constantly promoting the narrative that the election was illegitimate based on Russian hacking, James Comey, and who knows what else, despite the fact that there is no evidence to suggest any of those things affected a single vote.

And this is not a pro-Trump statement regardless of what "vibe" you might get. I have no doubt that had Trump lost he would have been saying this stuff and more, and in that case I would have been "defending" the legitimate election of Hillary Clinton.

Just like I predicted, he is twisting himself into a pretzel daily defending a guy that he didn't vote for, and doesn't like.

Obama was a "fucking liar" for failing to deliver on EVERY campaign promise. Don Tiny Hands breaks thirty four on the first day, and Chas says it was a good day. He also has more of a problem with Madonna's off the cuff comment and women marching, than he does with what His Orangeness does and says.

It only took three days for Chaspoopcup to be exposed as the hypocrite and lightweight that he is. But, he will tell you that he is a neutral observer.

A bunch of women did just that, and peacefully, yet you referred to them as fuckers. My goodness are you a hack. You aren't even smart enough to play the role of neutral observer, as you say you are.

Really?

There was a clear 8 point swing after his last minute empty claims.

The media fell all over themselves to accommodate him and promote his every move and empty speech. Why in the world did they feel the need to sit breathlessly by for any tidbit granted.... for ratings. And to not acknowledge them as complicit with and beneficial to him is off.

Ultimately the simple and cynical among us put him in power, but he had massive help from the media.

He kinda doesn't in the sense that way more people voted for the opposing party. These are the same people that even when Larry the Landslide Lizard showed up in 2012 said Obama had no mandate because of the House. Piss on the fact that more Dems got votes, we have more seats. And yes I now the opposite holds true here in IL

So now the U.S. media is to blame? I thought it was the Russians and Comey?

Oh. I didn't realize the media harping on Hillary Clinton's mini-strokes and coughing fits was during an unrated time for them.

Rasmussen being the gold standard for independent polling....

I'm sure I can find one from Salon that has his approval at 5. Do you respect that one too?

Is the Keystone even economically viable anymore? Low oil has to have crushed inefficient tar sands. Not an energy expert. Maybe Rick Perry will provide comment.
