I've been confused by LTG's attempts at designating that act terrorism. One state attacking another's strategic weaponry or relevant programs is an act of war, not terrorism.

No because Pearl Harbor was a military attack upon another military.
Pearl Harbor was a self salvage job. We cracked the Japanese code a year before Pearl Harbor. We had ship out monitoring the Japanese fleet that same day. They even saw us and were surprised we didnt do anything. The Jap Zero's said they had never seen the ships lined up so perfectly. Almost like they were setup to be sunk one after another. It was a turkey shoot.
Sad thing is most of those sailors who died that day were under 16. Back then 16 was the legal age to get into the Navy and many young boys aged 12-15 lied to get their way in.
I can't remember the book about this. I'll try to find it. But it's pretty convincing evidence.
