We had a thread on it. Consensus was that guy needed to be charged with manslaughter at the very least and it was a joke that they tried to sweep it under the rug.

I support Stand Your Ground laws, but clearly the law should not apply to situations like this.

You say that you pack a gun. Are you going to take an ass kicking from someone that just may kill you in the process or are you going to fire that weapon? IF you are not going to use the gun to defend yourself, why are you carrying it in the first place? Hmmm? Or are you carrying that gun to show off to your friends about what a bad ass that you think you are?
