All is good Keyser, thanks for asking. They had their first practice as a team last night, they had school cancelled for most of the week so they couldn't practice. He has been working out at a place called BRX in January, he worked out there this summer too, so he is ready to go. Ben Heller for the Yankees has been rehabbing there coming back from Tommy John and there are several other Minor Leaguers that work out there also.
