My wife adopted a year old mastiff/st bernard mix in the parking lot of PetSmart a few months ago.

The whole story was pretty far-fetched(pun intended).

Go adopt a puppy from a shelter.

Most dogs have a better life after being adopted, but I'm not sure how I feel about a dog living in a home with those sorts of puns. That has to be considered some form of abuse.

yep....the Chihuahua we rescued in early 2019 ended up being a great decision. She's awesome.
