It isn't from work but from back home or when I travel there, I will talk about a few:
Rendez Vous - Memphis - Not a fan at all, cool story and service is fantastic but I don't like their BBQ as it isn't smoked.
Corky's - Memphis - My favorite ribs. I love their dry rub and then put a slight bit of their BBC sauce on top.
Interstate BBQ - Memphis - Owned by a former County Sheriff, all around fantastic BBQ, really love their Pulled Pork
Central BBQ - Memphis - If you are on Beale Street this is my choice, Central has been around a long time in the area and is solid smoked BBQ
Slick Pig - Murfreesboro, TN - the absolute best smoked wings I have ever had. Dry rubbed and smoked, and sauce if you want but not necessary.

If I'm drinking vodka, I will cut it with flavored carbonated water, or mix it with unsweet tea.

Winning the Member/Guest back home with my father, they allowed sons to play as guest. He was not a good golfer and I probably shot 11 or 12 under for the 2 days, but it was the most rewarding thing ever to be able to share those trophies with him and then have our name forever be on the Country Club wall, I miss him dearly.
