that's the slur they use around here 'mult' if they don't like you. pretty childish. irony is a lot of these same people who accuse others as mults do the multing themselves and admit to it!

I did fairly well. Some ups and downs. I started with a budget at $2500 and its worth about $4820 now. But that includes some Sox money and some Cubs wins too.
This weekend? I think I might take the 10 points the Bears are getting. Thats a Lotta points to me. And Short Range Drew might not be able to get over the top. It all depends on Kamara with Roquan out. I really loved the 9 points last week when Kamara being back was more nebulous. Now I'm hearing he's going to be eligible. So Kamara without working out or practice vs. Bear defense without Roquan. I think 10 points is pretty much right where the game should be. My Homerism makes me want to put a few on the Bears and have a solid rooting interest beyond Nagy and Pace being fired.

He was able to sustain and even increase a flock in a demographic that is largely absent in the Catholic church. Now, he did this by conducting services that appear largely untethered to the catholic mass and his ministry seems more of an imitation of an evangelical preacher than an heir of the apostles but my observation is superficial. He does a lot of good in a place that needs it most.

The real reason why South Siders detest him, for those who don't know, is because he wanted to forcibly integrate our neighborhoods. Like many of those lace-curtain Irish, he thought he knew what was best for everyone. His heart was in the right place--enforced racial residential segregation is a bad thing--but there were other things he could have done, starting with admitting how hard this all was. If ever there was a liberal bogeyman, it was Pfleger.

The decline of Catholic parishes has left me without a homeland, in many ways. Others, too. Pfleger is often blamed for this, which is silly.
