Mrs. HHJ: What are you talking about? I knew you would win. You bring more to CSFMB than anyone else. "Narc!", "spmack?", and "+1" are great bits! You've got everyone on pins and needles just waiting for when you to type those phrases.

HHJ: Well, I've given it some thought, honey and I think there's a lot of different reasons why I won. First off is the clever avatar. I think people think the guy with a white board with a custom message is pretty unique.

Mrs. HHJ: But what makes it really cool is that you can change the message. That's unique. Plus it's funny. The FrankTV slam is hilarious.

HHJ: I'll tell you the weird thing. When I left for work, I was being out polled by Irish Boy by two-to-one. Then when I get to the office I'm ahead. I had to have Ignacio look it at just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

Mrs. HHJ: What did you think when Irish Boy put up that slutty catholic girl picture?

HHJ: spmack?

Mrs. HHJ: Plus, we've gotten to meet a lot of the regulars at remotes. Irish Boy hasn't.

Mrs. HHJ: Well, I never doubted you. Hell, you made it to 3,000 posts faster than anyone. I checked.

HHJ: You know, that really didn't strike me until I made that open post to Spaulding about doing a joint 3K "dick picture". When she said we were a ways a way from that, I realized that I post a lot more than she does. I hope she didn't think I was showing off or anything.

Mrs. HHJ: Well if she wasn't jealous about that she must really feel like she's taking a back seat after she saw that picture of us on our honeymoon, you know with the CSFMB sign and everything.

HHJ: Hmm. +1. I'll send her a PM.

Mrs. HHJ: Speaking of PMs, did you really send out a bunch of PMs asking people to vote for you?

HHJ: No. That was someone trying to stir things up. Score is Doomed, I think.

Mrs. HHJ: Anything on the J.A.C.K. front?

HHJ: He posted today, but no direct attacks on me. I'm pretty sure, that's behind us. I did see several of the trolls out today, including Rooney. Did you catch any of that?

Mrs. HHJ: I saw something about Jesse Jackson. Did Regular Reader admit to being G.O.D.?

HHJ: Might have. Frankly, I've just been so excited about my win I haven't really had time think about anything else.

Mrs HHJ (raising a glass): Well here's to you, hon. I'm really proud of you! Not only did I get this champagne, in honor of your win, I also got two tickets to Bulls game tonight against Dallas!

HHJ: NARC!

Both: Ha, ha, ha, ha ha. LOL, ROFL!

Kid, the others are right. I posted here semi regularly in 2005. I can be the Frank Thomas of the board, too many ABs prior to my 'rookie' year to qualify. Oddly enough, late the night I got back to Chicago after the hurricane I spent some quality time blowing off steam on this board. Thanks for the nomination though (and thanks to the rest of you basement dwellers for making this a good diversion).

And while I'd have voted for Ryno's Wife had she not vanished, I had to vote for an HHJ. She brings it from everywhere and is always funny. (And IB you're right, it would be a bit 'burrito' to vote for a guy)
