Generally a teacher can be fired very easily in their 1st year teaching. They are in a probationary position and doing something as stupid as grading papers/tests under the influence of alcohol or marijuana could easily result in their termination. The posting of photos in semi-nude status could also be viewed as a morals issue and be seen as evidence of a lack of maturity and good judgement.....She gone...

She seems like just a hard partying 23 year old. Maybe not quite typical, but outside of posting that she has weed in the car (which is just more stupid than anything else), I don't see anything that outlandish in this day and age.
