hey shirtless, do yourself a favor and go watch brass eye sometime. if i'm not mistaken all of the episodes are on youtube and this is a great place to start.

i'm not going to even bother asking CH if he's heard of brass eye because i don't think it's possible to exist in a world where Curious Hair isn't up on the works of chris morris (call it a hunch).

If you haven't watched it up until now, I'd say skip it. There are more worthwhile pursuits.

@IMU - The answer to your question is an absolute "yes"... But only the episodes featuring Fat Tony.

Who told you that?

Frankie the Squealer? It couldn't have been Johnny Tightlips. I'm sure of that.

You should, but realize that their prime came in a much different era of television. Compared to South Park, you may find it to be less than edgy.

Watch up till about season 10-12. After that, it's your choice.

Good. Edgy doesn't always mean funny. I just want a show to be funny.

This. There are a few good episodes after 2000-2001, but that is when the show gets extremely hit or miss.

You should find it funny pretty much right off the bat, but I would say you have to give it anywhere from 3-5 episodes to really understand some of the show's characters and humor. Seinfeld is a lot like that too.

Agree, seasons 2-8 are best (when did Conan leave?). Bart Gets Hit by a Car is my fav.

I think after season 5. Homer goes to College was that year, then he got his talk show in '93.

Understandable that you haven't watched a single episode. There are a lot of shows I've never seen a single episode of, including Breaking Bad, Walking Dead and a few others. I echo most of the sentiment here. Seasons 2-9 were a legend in my book.

- The episodes pitting Mr. Burns and Homer produced many classic lines, like, "what are you gonna do? Release the dogs? Release the bees? Release the dogs and when they bark they shoot bees out of their mouth?"
- Phil Hartman characters were equal in producing great lines.
- Celebrity cameos were done well.
- There are so many nods to pop culture, I can't even begin to list them.

Skip it, The Simpsons is what the whole hep world would be watching Sunday nights if the Nazis had won the war.

Watch The Boondocks and Squidbillies along with Home Movies and classic Space Ghost.

Space Ghost is about the 3rd best thing in the history of television, besides the Larry Sanders Show and Peep Show:

Quick sample:

That entire ep is on youtube and is 9 minutes of pure awesome:

I'm NOT a fan of Family Guy, which I have seen a few episodes of. Also, I do not like Futurama.

I enjoy most South Park episodes.

Comedies I've liked: Always Sunny, Arrested Development, Archer, Modern Family, How I Met Your Mother, The Office

Comedies I've disliked: Family Guy, Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, That 70's Show, most of Scrubs

Is it for me?

Love Squidbillies and The Boondocks. ATHF was great as well. Can't go wrong with Meatwad and M.C. Pee Pants.
