my guy is starting to deal with some arthritis in his left back leg so he gets 1.5 Rymidals (sp) per day. I get a bottle of 60 for $115. he also gets Synovi G4 in his food, a box of that costs $60 and lasts about 2 months.

The only pet I've had in my lifetime where I was willing to spend low four figures for medical issues was my last cat. The damn thing was the only pet I've seriously considered a member of the family. I used to get complaints from neighbors 3-4 blocks away about the litters of kittens he was responsible for.

One old guy had the nerve to get heated when he saw my cat & I sitting in my parents' yard back around 89-90. For a minute I thought we were going to have to go. We have an insurance plan at Banfield for our Golden Retriever & I'm not sure exactly how much it is per month...I want to say its $35 or so. It has saved us a ton of money. Basically everything is covered.
