How anyone can even think of trading the Chinese stock "market" is beyond me. Talk about rigged...

Even our own markets seem manipulated at times. I'm not referring to obvious things like QE, but sometimes I get the feeling the government has a secret trading account with Citadel or Goldman that they use to buy securities or futures when the market doesn't go in their preferred direction.

Of course the government trades for its and other banks accounts. They do a lot of the manipulating of the market overnight when the market is thin.

Is it possible that the stock market is factoring in a Trump Presidency already and that's why we've seen the sell-off both here and in China? Everything coming out of his mouth, besides him wanting to build the next Great Wall, is anti-Wall St. and pro-protectionism, particularly against Mexico and China, which is ironic given that he is a global business man. The market can't ignore Trump's 30% standing in the GOP polls.
