Chas said to ask questions...I have one. Your story doesn't make sense when you say you drove 3/4 of the way there and turned around, but still got arrested. Unless you were just driving around the block, 3/4 of the way there has to be a mile or two away at a minimum. No way you get arrested for that unless you admitted what you were doing to the cops who pulled you over. Did you admit to where you were going and what you were intending to do once you got there? Otherwise, I think your PD was as bad as they get (was it Julie?) to let you plead guilty.
