It's impossible to say without being there but if they happened to be shot standing close to people who were attempting to violently enter an area that everyone knows is to be defended then it certainly isn't shocking.

I watched a video from yesterday where Someguy was kneeling down unarmed during the protest with not another person near him, and he was sniped dead. Who knows what led to it, but the IDF I'm sure knew what they were doing.

How do you know that they haven't tried? Because Ogie says so? They attempted to establish their own country in the early 1900's and were denied. They also have been part of numerous empires throughout history. I brought it up because it is very much relevant. Countries are often established based upon the dominant population of said country. It is rare that a minority group gets to determine the establishment of countries. It doesn't make one Anti Semitic to simply point this out.

Jews were 10% of the area's population during the 1920's and their increase occurred as a result of the Balfour Declaration. YOU can find a direct cause and effect if you ever bothered to look.

LTG - you can have the opinion that a home for the Jews should have been founded some place else. Maybe you wouldn't even be wrong. But we're way past that. A two state solution is the only solution. Peaceful coexistence.

I'm with you on that. What would be a viable two state solution? I hear pre 1967 boundaries tossed around a lot but from what I understand Israel isn't in favor of it.
