wetbar is a must. If you have egress windows, then an additional bedroom is not a bad thing to add. If you really have the budget for it, go all out with a theater room. That's my eventual dream.

HA! i know it sounds like it, but its really not. our home is a long vinyl sided ranch style home. I joke that is a long double wide with a basement.

yeah the skys the limit. the original home has 7' basement ceilings. the additions on either side are full 9' ceilings.
