Just remember: always turn away from the skid, drive faster than normal and slam on your brakes at the last second. If you can do all that, you will survive the commute home.

Coming down at a decent clip out here in Lockport.

I've already killed my neighbors and strung them up in my basement in case we run out of food and the major roads are blocked.

It is snowing in Lincolnshire....I repeat. We have visual confirmation of snow falling at approximately a 35 degrees angle from the west to the east.

There's not much in Lincolnshire except office parks, forest preserves, and houses we can't afford.

Take an axe and cut all of their fucking heads off and mount them on pencils around your desk.

Bitches, all of them. I'm sure it will be like Twisted Metal out on the roads today and tomorrow as well.

We could get 7-8inches of Natures SnowWang in our collective throats and I wouldn't be bothered. Neither should your co-workers.

CBS 2 weatherman Jim Tillman reports it's going to snow, and everyone in Chicago should put on a coat and quit their damn complaining.

Strong flurries outside my office window in Oakbrook. Co-workers are already asking for early dismissal. I'm debating on whether I should poison the water fountain.

Early dismissal? This isn't even a major storm! Tell them to sew up their vaginas and get back to work.

I'm leaving soon, but that's because I feel like shit. I'm only here to review a report, print it out, and have my boss look at it. I should be home by 11:00.

I have to buy new tires.

I do not have snow tires and steelies for this season yet. More $$ than I want to spend right now...want to see how my all purpose tires handle. This summer I'll probably convert to a summer / winter set up.

November isnt going to like this.

Serious question, IMU...knowing that you are not at a point in your life where you could reasonably own 2 vehicles, and knowing that you live in Illinois, where winter happens, why would you not purchase a vehicle that was sensible to drive in both summer and winter months? You remind me of my ex wife insisting that her piece of shit Seabring convertible was a sensible purchase, and then for the 2 years we had it, she would sneak out early in the morning and take my truck when the weather sucked.

Buy used tires. IMU probably has something else to say about that price tag.
