I think what you might have missed is Mike wasn't bothered by the chat board itself. He says go for it and do your thing. It's that 3 different people sent quotes about something Mike said on the air to sponsors. problem was- it's not what Mike said. When you send out supposed quotes from Mike to advertisers and threaten them- I think that's a different story. I think you might agree.

Please don't be insulted Mike didn't write himself. He never uses the computer. He said he would consider the chat board because of what you suggested, but I am not sure if that would really happen.

what the hell is going on here? i went to sleep, drove into work, logged on to the message board, and ALL HELL HAS BROKEN LOOSE!

yesterday, paul agase invited me to call him personally. i brushed it off, stating that i work in a crowded office, and couldn't get away. but after reading this board about North threatening me with lawsuits, i needed to call paul.

so, he read me transcripts and made it quite clear that he did not endorse what mike said, and simply read the transcripts.

the main difference in the transcripts was that he used the word "talent" as opposed to "intelligence". to those who actually listened to the original broadcast, exchange those words and interpret the meaning for yourself.

i also made it clear to paul (and he agreed with me) that i specifically said that i didn't hear the actual broadcast and requested that they research it for themselves.

what should i be thinking, AFTER this conversation with Paul Agase?
