I'm serious. This is in my opinion murder. Russia is laughing at our "sanctions" so far. They could give a fuck. This scenario, which appears to be the most likely, requires an answer. I'm not smart enough or qualified to say what it should be but I can say that "sanctions" are a waste of time and certainly not respected by Russia.

I feel it was an accident,let it go as a terrible tragedy. We can not risk any kind of military confrontation over this. Normal sanctions at the most. I heard on the news that Putin was talking to Obama on the phone when this happened. He was the first to let Obama know,for whatever that's worth.
