Does the guy that drives the truck actually sell the pizzas?

That seems inefficient and generating a poor bargaining position. I would think having a sales person and a separate delivery person to be more optimal. You don't want a guy with a truckload of frozen pizza running all over town trying to unload them as expiration date issues could come into play and hurt your bargaining position.

Beer Distributors used to have salespeople tat went around taking orders before delivery
