Also a radical way to eliminate cancer. No humans => no cancer.

How about taking all the money they are using to support the illegals and other monies used for them, like fighting the federal government and the sanctuary city crap . Take that money and spend it on the homeless people who aprox 1/4 are Veterans. Once again California is looking to start a plan of action with no money, then go hat in hand to the Federal government claiming that it is a national problem .

Spending millions cleaning up human waste and used needles. That state is becoming a filthy mess in cities like San Francisco, that used to be vacation destinations for so many. Now, a place to avoid. They invite the illegal aliens, provide sanctuary, give free needles to drug users, allow hundreds of thousands to live in tents all over. it's a fucking mess.

I was surprised at just how filthy the city is in general. Garbage all over the streets and highways. Littering used to carry a pretty heavy fine in California, I’m not so sure anymore.

SF is one of my favorite cities. It is a victim of its own success and to tough geography. The NIMBY problem and tough environmental rules have made building sufficient housing a big challenge. I doubt people move there for the weather, which is notably mild (not warm). And like all of CA, the climate changes rapidly depending on how far inland and at what elevation you reside at.

It is truly a national treasure for its contribution to our global leading technology industry. It has created great companies with high paying jobs. It is crazy that folks make $200k per year and are poor with terrible commutes. Again, victims to success.
