I don't have a problem with any of that. The above passage says nothing about making a welfare state where people don't want to work and women are having children out of wedlock to get more benefits.

If the people who call themselves Christian Conservatives, at least the ones who bloviate on TV, based their politics on the teachings of Christ for topics other than Roe vs Wade, we would live in a much better country.

It follows logically that if folks don't respect and guard life from its conception, then all other life becomes devalued. If you disagree, then open up your eyes and look around.
