I'm working on some data mining project and am borrowing the board as a guinea pig. The goal is to find posts on messageboards/facebook, etc. that generate the most controversy -- to qualify, a post should have a lot of follow up posts, both pro and con. I ran it over the last week of board posts, and this is the list it came up with... agree or disagree? I'm presenting the top five findings in random order so as not to skew the voting. Terry's Peeps: Plenty of fueling of fires -- calling out people for being in glass houses and throwing stones, encouraging the Drinky thread to continue, blaming Hawk for the recent White Sox losses. Hussra: Engaged in discussion with the IceGirl, baiting of FavreFan, support for OKC over GS, giant Pikachu posts. Elmhurst Steve: Kenny Williams bashing, Chris Sale bashing, Sox bashing, etc. RFDC: Stirring up the Keeping Score pot, SomeGuy arguments, posts like he's got some secret he knows about but won't talk about. IceGirl: Pretty self explanatory. So who you got? |

I backed up Scooter's stance that we should wipe out an entire group of people. These other posters you mention aren't even close to my level. |
