Interesting read about the Norwegien Black Metal scene in the late 80's, early 90's. Bunch of dumbasses. Some shitty apartments in Rolling Meadows. Urban atmosphere. I moved there as a little boy from the North side of Chicago. No idea what it's like now but you had to be able to talk shit to fit in then. A lot of gang activity and people getting shot here and there but luckily it never really effected me. Some of my friends got into gangs though. However, my youth was still fun.

I had to wait 24 years to realize she was the coolest girl ever. Playing guitar in BLUSH Always liked Wonderland Avenue by Danny Sugarman. Fiction, I’d say Fahrenheit 451 Antioch. Looking back, the best part of it was being able to have a cool relationship with my Grandparents. It’s something my kids will never experience.

But if I had to pick one, and only one, probably JORR. 2. Alex Morgan 3. Ice cold Bell's Amber 4. Get better grades and take high school seriously, and go to college 5. Define kid....like a child? or like a 20 year old? 6. Probably The Catcher In The Rye, even though I know it's overrated 7. Round Lake Heights, IL. It's affected my perspective on life simply by accepting that things change and there's not a godamned thing you can do about it most of the time. I wouldn't even recognize that town in 2016.
