Post subject:  Is Peaceful Transfer of Power Possible After Election?

This was the most interesting article I read over the weekend.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-vs-cli ... 34398.html

This time around I don't see a peaceful transfer of power being possible. Whoever wins there will be great dissatisfaction with the result, where it is likely people will be taking up arms against the government. If Clinton wins, I see one million plus people descending on Washington D.C. in an armed revolt, whether Trump orders it or not. If Trump wins, the left will be setting every major city on fire across the country. It will be complete chaos. And they won't stop there. It will be non-stop domestic terrorism/civil war for the next four years.

The first outcome would probably be the best thing that could happen to the country at this point, because the federal government is beyond corrupt and beyond policing itself, as is obvious by the Justice Dept's decision not to prosecute Clinton. While I am not in favor of a civil war, I don't believe it can be avoided at this point. The country is too divided, beyond repair.
