Our male cat likes to meow loudly about 10 minutes before the alarm goes off. Its quite annoying. However, as uncanny as it may seem, when we are sleeping in on weekends or holidays, he remains quiet until we get up. |

If we allowed voting for President via internet, we'd have a cat in the White House. |

However, as uncanny as it may seem, when we are sleeping in on weekends or holidays, he remains quiet until we get up. I had a cat -- also male -- which I had for several years before I met my wife. After we got married the cat used to walk all over my wife and dig at her blanket while we were sleeping. He never did that to me so it seemed to be some sort of jealousy thing. Instead of getting mad, she got even. In the afternoons when the cat was sleeping on the sofa in the sun she would wake him up. After a few times of that the cat quit bothering her at night ![]() ![]() |
