Turned himself in actually. The judge is going to catch some heat for this. The shooter served only 9 percent of a sentence after he shot at people at a Steak n Shake. Then was arrested again for lying about his identity after he was paroled. http://www.news-gazette.com/news/local/ ... llion.html |
