I've got three, best man once. (I think I've been a pallbearer twice. )

I'm gonna guess jimmypasta or Peeps have stood up in the most. jimmy because he's old and Italian. Peeps because he's from Bridgeport and the wedding parties there are so fucking big they usually need a bus to take everyone drinking at Shinnick's between church and the reception.

Six - best man twice, groomsman three times and an usher once (does that count?).

Maybe only five?

For two brothers, three cousins and a Navy buddy.

I have been in 7 weddings. I will be on my 4th time standing up in a few weeks. I've been the best man 3 times.

I've enjoyed both times but I prefer simply being a guest.

One of my friends (who was a groomsman in my wedding) has been in like 20 weddings... but the funny thing is that he's just a weird suck-up. He gets borderline clingy real quick when you hang out with him for a period of time. I've known him since we were knee-high, and I'll always consider him a "friend," but the number of weddings he's been in is due to his clinginess.

That's a lot of money spent.

It's like a lifelong fraternity rush.

To play Junior Psychologist, his dad was awful to him growing up and would never give him credit or say a nice word about him. I think that has affected him and made him latch on to other males as a way to compensate.

That's sad. I'm the complete opposite with my kid. He knows to clap after he does virtually anything positive because of me

 Me, too, dude. I'm starting to worry that she will think every little thing she does should be rewarded, so I'm trying to pull back. Initially, I was just trying to use positive reinforcement rather than negative, but I may have gotten a little carried away.

7-Groomsman
1-Groom

Still with two close friends that are bachelors. I'll probably be in both of those as well. I would assume that I would be best man for one of them.

It's a delicate balance. My daughter gets positive reinforcement all the time. But she's also figured out when she's done something bad, like bite her sister, she was bad.

She'll put herself into a chair and sit and pout like 30 seconds after she does it.

I'm a friendless guy. One wedding plus one 25th anniversary as best man for my in-laws. That's it.

My mom stood in a shitload of weddings. I have all the pictures of the bridal parties. Her first ones were when she was a little kid standing up with my aunts who were much older than she was. She lived in an Italian neighborhood and most of her friends were Italian girls. My mom really stands out in these wedding parties. She's like this amazon blonde among all these dark tiny girls. The funny thing is my mom was only 5'4".
