Just turn their mic off after their allotted time has passed. Why don't they do this?

Do it like they used to do on Win Ben Stein's Money ... put them in isolation booths and only let them talk during their turn ... shit, throw in the final quiz while you're at it and trot Ben out there to see which of the three is ostensibly smarter ... keep Kimmel as 'host'/moderator.

That, or use Norm MacDonald to run the whole show.

They could use shock collars, and the person gets a little jolt if they keep talking past their allotted time.

Or...electrified butt plugs. That'd make Hillary shimmy.

or quit bitchin because part of the debate is how you can handle someone who wont let anyone else talk. because that is what happens in negotiations across the world.

you want our future president to sit with putin and say "hey! youre talking out of turn! you cant do that!"
