I don't drink much wine but I bought a wine fridge and now family that likes wine is coming over and the wine fridge started sounding like a snowblower so I had to turn it off and call the company who is sending a new fan for it but it likely won't be here by Christmas and therefore I have a room temperature wine cabinet. By the time it is fixed, it will be time for me not to drink wine for months.

Don't you live where it is cold outside? put the damn bottles in the hallway. or outside in a cooler

I don't think it is supposed to be served at 25 degrees. I have a normal refrigerator too.

Anyways, I'm trying to be classy here. This was to be the Christmas of properly chilled unlabeled wine and apple peelers. That is done now.

I think whites are suppose to be around 50 and reds 65. I like my wine cold. All of it. I'm with dolphin, for holidays, outside they go.
