Average remaining lifespan after diagnosis is just under 6 years. He announced the diagnosis in 1994 puts it at 10 years. That is on the long end already for living post diagnosis. To overlap into the end of his Presidency you would have to have 15 years, which is pretty much unheard of. To cover his entire 2nd term from point of reelection, you would need him to have lived 20 years with it. That just doesn't happen. |

Twitter wasn't around but there was no history of daily public meltdowns. He certainly wasn't being controlled by other people back then. |
