I managed a company that provided temp waiters and cooks for catering companies. Sometimes I would have 40 guys working a big wedding at the Field Museum. I would have to go down there and check my crew in, make sure they were dressed properly, etc. Our biggest client was Berghoff Catering. But we also provided bartenders for private parties, mostly on the North Shore and the Gold Coast. I hated that fucking job but I was thankful to have it. My longtime business had busted out due to events beyond my control and I was flat on my back financially. |

I was at a party where back yard was on the 18th green at Pebble Beach and overlooked the water. I guess the owner paid $54M for the place. That was kind of cool. |
